  1. What about growing sprouts? Kombucha and water kefir? How to make homemade seed salad dressings with chia and flax seeds with a good spicy flavor?

  2. JOEL this is one of my absolute favourites of yours; thankyou my elder brother for the great global initiatives you generate through your specialised expertise in and mastery of nutritional science and nutritional medicine, two disciplines we both know a little about; so proud to see the new dietary guidelines for America have nutrient density at the core of the deal, with junk relegated conspicuously. Congrats on your very great achievements in the fields of sports medicine, nutrtitional medicine; i believe the doctors now will have to prove their credibility to the public across the planet in this sphere and space, largely because you were the one who emphasized so unashamedly the core principle of the nutritarian diet. I get it. Its a big step for the average person. When these guidelines came out these last few days in the announcements by RFK and the two secretaries with Dr Oz, it was for me a before and after moment in a journey to optimal health and longevity. Congrats to you and your family, and i think of you often and pray God’s mercy continues to rain down upon you. JOHNPAUL
