Top High-Fiber Foods to Support Digestion, Weight Loss, and Gut Health #fiber #fiberfood #weightloss

Fiber is the indigestible part of plant foods that supports healthy digestion, blood sugar control, cholesterol balance, and helps you feel full longer.

Soluble fiber – slows digestion, stabilizes blood sugar
Insoluble fiber – adds bulk and keeps things moving

  2. It’s great that there is so much data on nutritional foods these days! It prevents scammers from trying to sell any one thing as a panacea but also some people (like me) have real issues with textures of certain items (like chickpeas and lentils) and knowing alternatives can save a diet!
