  1. Another tip would be getting a good bed cover

I started using the cooling sheets from lavish comforts… You could check them out!

  2. 1 bed time is the goodest thing
2 it’s something relaxing you do every day
3 you have to sleep every day but if you want a break you can take a nap at the morning
4 morning is the time that you do work and a bunch of stuff
5 if it’s morning you can explore places that are only open but not if you don’t want to go to them if they’re not open and you can follow your destination by minutes but you have to get a drink for that because that is the perfect break to do.
6 when it’s morning, find a cool park and get back to relaxing. 😄👍

  3. I have a core habit of reading a lot only in my bed. Either the morning afternoon or evening. Is that bad ? I’m not supposed to spend los of time in bed according to walker

  4. Don’t have a horrible, frustrating relationship (found that out the last 9 months of the relationship)

  5. One thing that was left out that did wonders for me…
Don’t sleep on a toxic block of chemical infused foam, AKA standard North American style mattress.
